Prison Ministry
CLC messengers of hope respond to Jesus in Matthew 25:36, through intentional discipleship of incarcerated men in local jails and prison facilities located in Broward County. We reach men and women in Broward County jails through weekly Bible Studies where God’s Word is expounded upon, and the message of hope is presented. CLC also works intentionally with men in a local work release prison through a prerelease program where men are equipped with vital tools from a Christ Centered, Biblical worldview, leading to a successful reentry into the community. Each man is paired up with a mentor from CLC who assists them in creating a life plan, a goal setting strategy that includes a financial budget, and a post release follow up plan for family reunification and restoration.
