The Worship Ministry at Christian Life Center is a team of volunteers and staff that focus on creating an environment in which people can truly experience God. We strive to do this by stewarding an environment of authenticity, creativity, and excellence across multiple campuses. 

To continue to steward an atmosphere of excellence, an audition is required. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Choir – A Choir Member is a committed worshiper who sings as part of the choir each week, contributing to a unified, powerful corporate sound. 

 Required Experience: 

• Regular attendance at rehearsals and services. 
• Willingness to learn and improve musically. 
• Preparedness (listening to songs, learning lyrics as needed). 
• Positive attitude and teachable spirit.

 Schedule: 

• Rehearsals are Thursdays at 7pm, Yeary Chapel
• Sunday morning call time 7:15am* 

• Background Vocalist – Background Vocalists support the worship leader vocally,  strengthening harmonies and atmosphere during worship.

Required Experiences: 

• Strong pitch control and blend. 
• Platform awareness and maturity. 
• Flexibility to adjust dynamics in real time. 
• Worshipful posture that serves the congregation.

Schedule: 

• Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:30pm, Greenroom
• Sunday morning call time 7:00am*

• Worship Leader – The Worship Leader carries oversight of  the worship set and team, guiding the congregation into meaningful, Spirit-led worship.

Required Experiences: 

• Strong vocal and musical leadership. 
• Spiritual discernment and pastoral awareness. 
• Confidence leading people, not just songs. 
• Deep commitment to prayer, preparation, and humility.

Schedule: 

• Present at all rehearsals
• Sunday morning call time 7:00am*

• Band Member – Musical Skill level and understanding should be intermediate to high. Should be able to know the number system and be able to play comfortably with a metronome. Must know there is no difference in the level of spiritual ownership and maturity between a band member and a worship leader. The platform must be honored and protected through our private lives. 

Required Experiences: 

• Continuous growing relationship with Jesus Christ 
• Embrace and walking the mission, vision, values, and discipleship strategy of Christian Life Center 
• Musician who knows the number system and/or reads music 
• Must be able to play to metronome 
• Competence with instrument 
• Encounter 

Schedule: 

• Rehearsals are every Wednesday at 7:00pm  
• Sunday morning call time 7:00am*

Fresh Fire Dance Ministry 

We are here to inspire our generation and usher them into worship through the form of dance. Our purpose is not to bring attention to ourselves but draw people closer to the Lord. Everything we do will be done with excellence for an audience of One. 

Required Experiences:  

• Youth Dance Worshippers (under 18): Active members of CLCYouth and attend worship services on a regular basis 
• Adult Dance Worshippers: Active members of Christian Life Center and regularly attend worship services and give tithes/offerings 
• Encounter 
• Completed SOD
