CLC Youth exists to awaken and inspire a generation of middle and high school students to live passionately for Jesus, bringing a message of Hope everywhere they go to everyone they meet. Thank you for your interest in serving in Youth Ministry! Each role plays a vital part in creating a welcoming, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for our students. Training is provided for all roles.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• ProPresenter: Operate the service computer to display worship lyrics, games, sermon slides, and music during service.

• Stagehands: Support the MCs by setting up service games, distributing candy, and assisting with offering buckets. This team helps services run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Card Games: Facilitate Uno/card games with students before and after service. Build relationships and help students feel connected and welcomed.

• Video Games: Facilitate Xbox and Nintendo Switch games with students before and after service while helping foster positive connections.

• Power Bar Cashier: Oversee and assist students with purchases at the youth concession stand.

• MC (Host): Engage and energize the room by hosting games, making announcements, and helping lead the service flow.

• Check-In: Check students into service using our CCB system and help ensure accurate attendance. Training provided.

• First-Time Guest: Welcome and check in new students using CCB, then help connect them with a student and/or adult to sit with during service. Training provided.

Fine Arts Ministry

• Fine Arts Coach: Lead students in developing a fine arts skill such as singing, dancing, spoken word, short sermons, acting, or visual art. Coaches also lead their group in a small life group focused on spiritual growth, community, and discipleship.

 Required Experiences: 

• Approved background check required
