Creative Request FAQs
How to submit a request?
When submit a request please include the following information. Be as detailed as possible:
- Project Name (Be specific – i.e. Fabulous Ladies Bonfire)
- Date
- Time
- Location Name & Address
- CTA Link (Call-To-Action = CCB Form, Registration Link, Payment Form)
- Cost
- Files (Any art inspo you may have or any files that we may need to add or use in the project)
What to expect once you’ve submitted a request?
- Once you’ve submitted a request you will receive an email confirming receipt.
- Project Communication will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays via email & Slack.
Project Timelines –
- Timelines vary per project and are largely dependent on feedback between your department and the Comms Team. Help us help you by responding quickly when we reach out.
Ideal Timelines –
- Digital/Print Graphics – 3 Weeks
- Video – 6 Weeks
- Other – Varies upon request
