Creative Request FAQs

How to submit a request?

When submit a request please include the following information. Be as detailed as possible:

  • Project Name (Be specific – i.e. Fabulous Ladies Bonfire)
  • Date
  • Time
  • Location Name & Address
  • CTA Link (Call-To-Action = CCB Form, Registration Link, Payment Form) 
  • Cost
  • Files (Any art inspo you may have or any files that we may need to add or use in the project)
What to expect once you’ve submitted a request?
  • Once you’ve submitted a request you will receive an email confirming receipt.
  • Project Communication will occur on Tuesdays and Thursdays via email & Slack.

Project Timelines

  • Timelines vary per project and are largely dependent on feedback between your department and the Comms Team. Help us help you by responding quickly when we reach out.

Ideal Timelines –

  • Digital/Print Graphics – 3 Weeks
  • Video – 6 Weeks
  • Other – Varies upon request
